Below is our terms and conditions for the order:

Order confirmation:
Make sure the information is correct, any error should be sent to: kontakt@ptno.no
You will receive a new order confirmation.

Cancelation/change:
This must be sent to: kontakt@ptno.no
Trips below NOK 2 000,- can be cancelled/changes without cost until 2 hours before the pickup time.
Trips below NOK 5 000,- can be cancelled/changes without cost until 24 hours before the pick-up
time.
Trips over NOK 5 000,- can be cancelled/changes without cost until 48 hours before the pick-up time.
– Cancelations that are delivered to late will be charged with 50% of the cost
– We cannot guaranty that we will handle changes received after due time, but we will do our best.
If the group do not meet for the trip, without any cancellation, the cost will be 100%.

Airport transfer:
We will track your flights arrival at OSL and Torp.
We will inform OSL about your group’s arrival. Upon arrival go to the information desk, tell them that
you are to be picked up by Persontransport Norge, You will then be informed on which platform the
bus will wait for your group.

Your contact information:
We will need your name, cell phone number, e-mail and flight-nr if it is relevant. Persontransport
Norge will be free of responsibility if missing or incorrect contact information makes it impossible to
deliver the service as agreed upon.

Vandalism/befoul:
Any vandalism or befoul on the equipment will be charged on the group according to the cost for the
repair and or cleaning of the vehicle.

Payment:
We offer payment by invoice, payment-link, credit-card or Vipps in the car. The way of payment will
be agreed upon during the order process.
A travel that is changed or prolonged after the start of the trip will be reviewed for extra payment
after the trip.
The group will need to confirm this with the driver/booking on phone number: +47 94 00 34 34.

Disagreement/force majeure:
IF there is any disagreement will Persontransport obligate to find a way to solve it for both parties in
the best possible way. Persontransport Norge will not have any economic responsibility if they are
unable to deliver the service due to circumstances outside the companies control.
